It's the balance that you have to withdraw immediately. This balance is made available as shoppers approve the product or service they have paid for.

Available balance detail

The available balance will be displayed in the Dashboard and will depend on the operation mode you have configured, that is, you may see only a section of escrow balance for FIAT orders, only for crypto orders, or both.
