How do I make a charge from the POS?

To make a charge from a POS (Point of Sale Terminal), follow these steps:

1.- Open the POS app on the device. Now, enter the amount you want to charge and press the "Continue" button.

2.- On the next screen, you will have the option to add an additional tip. Depending on the configuration, you can choose a percentage between 5% and 20%, or simply choose not to add a tip. Click on the "Continue" button.

3.- Ask the customer which cryptocurrency they wish to use for payment. Show the available options and select the one the customer has chosen. If you prefer, you can also offer the option to pay with Binance Pay. If more cryptocurrencies are available, you can tap the "View more cryptos" option to see the full list of cryptocurrencies currently accepted on Zenkipay.

In addition, if you tap the "See more cryptos" option, you will see a list of the cryptocurrencies we currently accept.

4.- Once you have selected the cryptocurrency, you will go to the next screen, where you will be asked to indicate in which blockchain the client's cryptocurrency is connected. Select the corresponding option according to the client's indications.

5.- On the next screen, a QR code will be generated that must be shown to the client so that he can scan it from his cryptocurrency wallet. This screen will also show information such as the amount to be charged with the corresponding Crypto Love discount (if applicable), the equivalent in cryptocurrency, and the public address of the wallet to which the payment will be made. It is important to note that the QR code has a duration of 30 minutes.

6.- Once the customer scans the code, you will see a screen indicating that the transaction is in progress. Be patient while the payment is validated.

7.- Once the transaction is validated, a screen will appear confirming that the payment has been successful. This screen will display information such as the total amount in cryptocurrency, its equivalent in traditional currency and a hash of the transaction for future reference. Press the "Close" button.

8.- Now you will see a screen called "Send ticket to the customer". Here you will have two options to send the proof of purchase to the customer: by phone or email. Enter the customer's phone number or e-mail address and press the "Send" button.
