Download and install the mobile app

3.- Once you have found the Zenkipay TPV app, select its icon or name to access the app details page.

5.- Scroll down the app details page to see the permissions required by the app. Permissions are actions or access that the app requests on your device. If you agree with the requested permissions, continue to the next step.

6.- On the app details page, you will see a button that usually says "Install". Click the "Install" button to begin the download.

7.- Before the download begins, you may be shown a pop-up window with a list of permissions that the application requests. Read the permissions and, if you agree with them, select the "Accept" button to allow the application to access the necessary functions and features. Setting up the Zenkipay POS app

To set up the Zenkipay POS application, follow the steps below:

1.- Open the Zenkipay app on your phone and press the "Start" button.

2.- Next, set up your device alias, which will be used to identify the POS in the Zenkipay shopper portal. You will also see the model and ID of the phone you are setting up. Finally, enter the synchronization code displayed in the shopper portal and click "Synchronize".

3.- After completing the synchronization of your POS with the Zenkipay application, you will be presented with a screen for you to confirm that the synchronization was successful. You will also be able to do a test payment to make sure everything is working properly. Click on the "Test payment" button.

4.- On the next screen, a QR code will be displayed that you can scan to perform the payment test, or if you prefer, you can skip the test by clicking on the "Skip payment test" button.

5.- You will then have the option to review a tutorial to learn more about how the Zenkipay application works. Once you have finished the tutorial, click on the "Start now!" button.
