How to download, install and set up the POS app?

Downloading, installing, and setting up the Zenkipay POS mobile application is a relatively simple process that will allow you to enjoy all the functions and features offered by the application on your mobile device. Below is a brief description of the general steps you need to follow:

Download and install the mobile app

1.- Open the application store of your device. You can access it from the applications menu or the shortcut on your home screen.

2.- Use the search bar at the top of the screen by typing the word Zenkipay. You can also search by the name of the app or by related keywords.

3.- Once you have found the Zenkipay TPV app, select its icon or name to access the app details page.

4.- On the details page, you will find information about the app, such as description, screenshots, ratings, and reviews from other users. Be sure to read this information.

5.- Scroll down the app details page to see the permissions required by the app. Permissions are actions or access that the app requests on your device. If you agree with the requested permissions, continue to the next step.

6.- On the app details page, you will see a button that usually says "Install". Click the "Install" button to begin the download.

7.- Before the download begins, you may be shown a pop-up window with a list of permissions that the application requests. Read the permissions and, if you agree with them, select the "Accept" button to allow the application to access the necessary functions and features. Once you have accepted the permissions, the download will begin. You will see a progress bar indicating the download progress. Wait for the download to complete before continuing.

8.- Once the download is complete, the application will automatically install on your device. You will see a notification in the status bar or on the home screen indicating that the installation is in progress.

9.- Access the app: Once the installation is complete, you will find the app icon on your home screen or in the app drawer. Tap the app icon to open the app and start using it.

Setting up the Zenkipay POS app

To set up the Zenkipay POS application, follow the steps below:

1.- Open the Zenkipay app on your phone and press the "Start" button.

2.- Next, set up your device alias, which will be used to identify the POS in the Zenkipay shopper portal. You will also see the model and ID of the phone you are setting up. Finally, enter the synchronization code displayed in the shopper portal and click "Synchronize".

3.- After completing the synchronization of your POS with the Zenkipay application, you will be presented with a screen for you to confirm that the synchronization was successful. You will also be able to do a test payment to make sure everything is working properly. Click on the "Test payment" button.

4.- On the next screen, a QR code will be displayed that you can scan to perform the payment test, or if you prefer, you can skip the test by clicking on the "Skip payment test" button.

5.- You will then have the option to review a tutorial to learn more about how the Zenkipay application works. Once you have finished the tutorial, click on the "Start now!" button.
