Update password
Currently, there is no option to change your password. If you need to change your password, you can use the password recovery function described below.
In case you have forgotten your Zenkipay account password, you can recover it as follows:
- Go to the merchant's login page and select the option Forgot your password?
- Enter the email address you used to open your merchant account.

- You will receive an email to reset your password. Remember that the link is valid for 5 minutes.

- Select the "Reset password now" button, then you will be redirected to the password modification screen.
- Enter your new password and confirm it.

Password Policy
Remember to take the following into account when choosing your new password:
- The length must be at least 8 characters.
- It must contain at least one special character (# $% &=).
- It must be different from your last 12 passwords.
