How to register a withdrawal address and make a withdrawal from Zenki?

Register withdrawal address

To register a withdrawal address you must go to Withdrawal Crypto > Address, then click on the "Add new address" button.

A pop-up window will be displayed with a form to enter the withdrawal address information.

• Cryptocurrency.- Type of cryptocurrency of the withdrawal address
• Withdrawal address.- Alphanumeric code that indicates a possible destination for a payment of the cryptocurrency that you are operating. Each cryptocurrency has its own address structure.
• Address alias.- Name of withdrawal address for internal use and its identification.
• Set as main.- Define as the main withdrawal address for the configured cryptocurrency.

As a security mechanism, a verification code will be requested via email and another verification code via SMS, to the email and phone number that was registered during the account creation process to validate that the owner approves the registration of the withdrawal address.

List of withdrawal addresses

To consult the list of withdrawal addresses that you have registered, you must go toWithdrawal Crypto > Address. There you can consult those addresses that you have previously registered, edit or delete them if you wish.

Withdrawals

To withdraw money to one of your registered addresses, you must go toWithdrawal Crypto > Send and follow the following steps:

1. Select from the list of released transactions (which make up the available balance) the total amount you wish to withdraw.
2. Click on the "Add selected" button.
3. Select again (double check) the transactions to be withdrawn.
4. Click on the "Next" button.

5. Select the withdrawal address depending on the cryptographic currency that is being operated for the different amounts (grouped by cryptographic currency). It is also possible to remove the amount to be withdrawn from cryptocurrencies.
6. Click on the "Next" button.

7. Confirm the estimated network fee.
8. Click on the "Withdrawal" button.

9. As a security mechanism, a verification code will be requested via email and another verification code via SMS,to the email and phone number that was registered during the account creation process to validate that the owner approves the registration of the withdrawal address.
10. Confirm that the data of the withdrawal addresses are correct, otherwise, the assets will be lost permanently.
11. Click the "Withdraw" button

This operation can take several minutes depending on the cryptocurrency, but the withdrawal status will be notified via email.

Withdrawal history

To check the withdrawal history you must go to Configuration > Withdrawals > History. There you can check all the withdrawals you have previously made and follow up on their status.
