How to resynchronize the POS?

Article Summary

To re-synchronize your Point of Sale Terminal you must log in to Zenkipay > Point of sales.

You will see the list of devices you have configured as POS.


You will need to click on the Resynchronize button.


This will take you back to the section that has the synchronization code, you will need to copy and paste it into your POS device application.


In your Zenkipay POS app, enter the code that is displayed, you will need to copy it in order to resynchronize.


You will see a screen with a message showing the successful resynchronization.


Once the resynchronization is successful, a message is displayed indicating that the synchronization was successful in the portal.
