Welcome to the quick guide to our Zenkipay shopper portal. In this guide, we will show you how to access the shopper portal, review your purchases, view the details of each purchase, create a dispute if necessary and log out securely. Let's get started!

Logging In

Log in to the shopper's portal from the following link. In order to authenticate on the site, it is necessary to enter the email or phone number with which the purchase was made. 

You will receive a code by email that will allow you to access the portal.

Enter the code you received in your email or phone.

Once authenticated on the platform, general information of the registered purchases will be listed.

My purchases

After authenticating on the platform, a list will be displayed with general information about the purchase orders that are registered in the account associated with the email address you have entered.

You will be able to identify several fields, which are:

  • Commerce: Identification of the store where the purchase has been made.
  • Purchase ID: Unique number assigned to each purchase that allows you to identify it in the purchasing portal system.
  • Request date: The date on which the user made the purchase request.
  • Amount: Total value of the purchase, including taxes and other additional charges.
  • Currency: Type of currency used to make the purchase.
  • Status: Indicator of the current purchase status, allowing tracking of the process from request to delivery.
  • Action: Option to perform any action related to the purchase, such as canceling it or requesting a refund.

Purchase detail

To access the details of a purchase, you must select one of the purchases registered in the list shown to you.

When you access the detail of a purchase, the following sections are presented:

  • In the first section called "Sale details", you can visualize:
    • The items purchased, showing the products or services purchased.
    • Transaction summary, which provides detailed information about the charges made by the merchant, including any taxes, discounts or additional charges.
    • Finally, the order total tells you the total amount that has been spent on the purchase, including all charges and discounts applied.

  • In the second section called "Transaction Details" you will find:
    • Date: Refers to the day the purchase was made.
    • FIAT amount: refers to the total amount that was paid for the product or service in the traditional currency of each country (for example, in US dollars, euros, Mexican pesos, among others).
    • Crypto origin amount: indicates the amount and type of cryptocurrency that was used to pay for the purchase (for example, Bitcoin, Ethereum, Litecoin, among others).
    • Transaction status: Indicates where the transaction is in the payment process.
    • Transaction hash: is a unique code that identifies the transaction in the blockchain and is used to verify that the transaction was successful. (By clicking on the hash, you can view the detailed transaction information in the blockchain explorer)
    • Tracking Information: Refers to information about the shipment of the product or service, such as the delivery address, shipping date, and courier company used. (By clicking on the tracking information, you can see the tracking of the package in real-time)

Creating a dispute, if necessary

 At the bottom of the second section ("Transaction Details"), there is a link that allows you to create a dispute for an order.

Clicking on the link will open a new window with the following form:

Dispute reasonRequired, it must be defined as a title, the reason why the dispute was initiated.
Description of the issueRequired, it is requested to describe as much detail as possible of the incident for which the initiation of the dispute is required.
AttachmentsOptional, add evidence to be clearer and more specific about what happened with the order.

Click Save.

To resolve the dispute, Zenkipay provides a chat communication channel that connects the buyer, the merchant and Zenkipay staff, allowing them to work together to find a solution.

At all times Zenkipay staff will be aware of updates on the dispute, ensuring a successful resolution.

Logging out

Locate the "Logout" button located at the top right of the portal and click it.

Once you have logged out, the platform will take you back to the home page.
