Add collaborators

It is possible to add collaborators from the manage Staff menu within the merchant portal or during the registration process.

Add collaborator

To register a new member of your staff, click on the "Add collaborator" button and enter their information:

The data you must provide are the following:

• Name
• Last name
• Email
• Country code + phone number
• Date of birth
• Gender
• Country 
• Contact channel

Disable staff access

To disable the access of any of your collaborators to your commercial portal, from the main screen click on the "active/locked" column of the collaborator whose access you want to remove.
