How to update the escrow configuration?

Zenkipay uses digital contracts so that once the products or services are delivered to the shopper, the value of the sale is transferred to the merchant's account. Thus protecting the merchant and customers, avoiding scams and customer losses.

Escrow Configuration

You can modify the escrow settings in the Configuration > Summary integration menu of the menu. Then you can go to the escrow section and click on the Settings button.

A window will be displayed where you can modify the following parameters:

• Service fulfillment notification: If enabled, allows notification via API of service fulfillment, reducing the escrow time for services to 0 hours.
• Service delivery notification timeout: Set the time in which Zenkipay will notify the buyer of the service delivery in case of not receiving the notification via API. The time ranges from 6 hours to 24 hours.
• Time limit to approve purchase: The time the shopper has to approve the purchase or open a dispute if something happens, after receiving your purchase. Possible values are 24, 36, 48, 60 or 72 hours.
