My purchases

After authenticating to the platform, a list will be displayed with general information of the purchase orders that are registered in the account associated with the email you have entered.

You will be able to identify several fields, which are:

• Commerce: Identification of the supplier or store where the purchase has been made.
• Purchase ID: Unique number assigned to each purchase that allows it to be identified in the purchasing portal system.
• Request Date: The date on which the user has made the purchase request.
• Amount: Total value of the purchase including taxes and other additional charges.
• Currency: Type of currency used to make the purchase.
• Status: Indicator of the current purchase status, allowing to track the process from the request to the delivery.
• Action: Option to perform any action in relation to the purchase, such as canceling it or requesting a return.

You can see the detail of your purchases, just identify the order and click on it.
